The Emerging Men Program

Young men face unique challenges.

There are expectations placed on young men, such as managing relationships, finding a job, becoming independent of their parents, or dealing with changing societal expectations.

A young man struggling is to be expected and often results in positive outcomes. However, a young man struggling without a male role model can be tragic.

Struggle should not produce doubt, guilt, and/or shame. Identity is more often than not found in the struggle.

The emerging men program can provide the mentorship needed to face challenges and grow from them.

What happens without guidance?

A young person without passion will often turn to destructive, simple pleasures to fill a void that should be filled with purpose and pursuits.

These self-destructive behaviors will lead him further away from what he is truly capable of. Being able to self-reflect on their own meaning of masculinity can be a troubling task for some.

Others can find it difficult to manage their emotions, establish relationships, or cope with the challenges they face.

Here’s a program that can help.

Having worked with young men, I realized that providing the right mentorship can make a world of difference. Therefore, I initiated The Emerging Men Program, designed to help young men learn ways to overcome the challenges and confusion they face.

Emerging men struggle but embrace it as a reminder that they are on the right path to becoming the men they are capable of being.

Whether it is premarital counseling or social skills training, seeking wise counsel is a positive step, especially at this stage of development. Continued growth in the program will have lifelong positive results as they embrace challenges.

Let’s work together to make life less of a struggle. Through this program, you can become less confused, gain confidence in your ability to face challenges, and learn from them. If you are interested, please get in touch with me for more information about this program.
